How do I use it? Windows:  Media Player; Mac:  Quicktime, with Windows Media Components for Quicktime; Linux: MPlayer, with WMV Codecs for MPlayer

Can I safely delete or move it? Yes.

Can it be dangerous? Yes. Use antivirus software
